Shipping:

1. Where is my order?

USA: We ship several times a week using a number of shippers. Most expedited service to the US should arrive in less than a week. If you have paid for expedited service and it has not arrived after seven business days please email us. If you have selected free media mail shipping it could take up to eight weeks for delivery to the East Coast.

Canada/Mexico: As of June 1, 2007 the United States Postal Service discountinued international surface shipping. Most items will fix in a $24 International Priority Flat-Rate box or a $10 International Priority Flat-Rate envelope. Shipping should take no longer than 10 days. If your order has not arrived after three weeks please email us and we will initiate an inquiry through the United States Postal Service and either replace the order or issue a refund.

Europe/Asia/South America/Africa: As of June 1, 2007 the United States Postal Service discountinued international surface shipping. Most items will fix in a $40 International Priority Flat-Rate box or an $12 International Priority Flat-Rate envelope. Shipping should take no longer than two weeks to any destination world-wide. In the rare occasion it takes longer the reason is usually due to a delay at customs. If your order has not arrived after three weeks please email us and we will initiate an inquiry through the United States Postal Service and either replace the order or issue a refund.

2. What is the cost of shipping to...?

For orders shipped to a US address (including APO) there is a flat rate charge of $10 for expedited service. Media mail is free. For international customers we will send an email giving the cost of air shipping when purchase will not fit in an International Priority Flat-Rate box. Please reply with your confirmation.
