business days please email us. If you have selected free media mail shipping
it could take up to eight weeks for delivery to the East Coast.
Canada/Mexico: As of June 1, 2007 the United States Postal Service discountinued
international surface shipping. Most items will fit in a $34 International Priority
Flat-Rate box or a $14 International Priority Flat-Rate envelope. Shipping should take
no longer than 10 days. If your order has not arrived after three weeks please email
us and we will initiate an inquiry through the United States Postal Service and either
replace the order or issue a refund.
Europe/Asia/South America/Africa: As of June 1, 2007 the United States Postal Service
discountinued international surface shipping. Most items will fix in a $48
International Priority Flat-Rate box or an $18 International Priority Flat-Rate
envelope. Shipping should take no longer than two weeks to any destination world-wide.
In the rare occasion it takes longer the reason is usually due to a delay at customs.
If your order has not arrived after three weeks please email us and we will initiate
an inquiry through the United States Postal Service and either replace the order or
issue a refund.
